 Will they travel over my target?- Top
Our
certified Flogo tech will place the Flogo generator in the optimum
location. We need Flogo’s to travel with the direction of the current
wind flow. The wind current can change at higher altitudes. But Flogo
are very visible as they take flight to hundreds of feet
high and miles of travel before they evaporate. By adjusting the helium mix we normally try to aim for a height around 100-200 feet (30-60m).
How far and high can they travel? - Top
They can travel 1-30miles (1-50km) and go as high as 5,000 feet (1,500km). They travel slow so they are very visible for a long time.
How complex of a logo can be made? - Top
Our
designers use Flogo software to develop and test custom shapes. The
Flogo generators are available in standard sizes 24 inch and 36 inch
versions and 48 inch model in development. The larger the Flogo
generator the more complex logo can be achieved.
How long will it take to develop our Flogo? - Top
Our in house Flogo art department will develop your within 10 days of your order.
Are they environmentally safe? - Top
Flogos are Green and 100% environmentally safe (please refer to our MSDS information).
Can you color them? - Top
Our current Flogo’s are a white cloud version, we will be releasing color Flogos in tinted colors on request in 2009.
How many Flogo’s per minute? - Top
With
one Flogo generator you will produce one Flogo every 40 seconds; we
recommend that you have two machines which can generate a Flogo every 20
seconds. For larger events you may need 6-8 Flogo generators.
What sizes are the Flogos? - Top
Currently available in 24 inch and 36 inch and 48 inch models. The Flogo clouds
can be smaller depending on Flogo template (stencil), but they are dimensional (thick) in size.
We can change
out stencil making many different Flogos fly in the air at one time. We
have our standard shapes to add in to the event along with your custom
Flogo.
In the future we will have a custom 72 inch Flogo machine available.
Are Flogos FAA approved? - Top Due to the fact that Flogos have no mass and are made out of 99% water and air, they do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). It is a standard Flogo policy, however, that if a Flogo event is taking place within 5 miles of an airport, we notify the tower that we will be flying Flogos nearby.
Can I buy a Flogo machine? - Top logo machines are only available through our authorized Flogo dealers. Flogo machines are rented in blocks of time and are operated by a certified Flogo operator.
Who are your Flogo clients? - Top We have performed hundreds of Flogo events for clients such as Fido, Nintendo, Walt Disney World, Mercedes-Benz, the Sheraton, the Tampa Bay Rays, and the list goes on. We have done events such as parades, festivals, grand openings, concerts, and sporting events. The sky is not the limit anymore!
How do you transport the Flogo machines? - Top Due to the size and weight of the machines, they are transported by trailer. Each machine rolls on large air tires for easy movement.
What are the electrical requirements? - Top Each Flogo machine requires a minimum of one 20 amp circuit. Every Flogo trailer is equipped with generator power for remote Flogo events.
Can Flogo events be performed inside? - Top Yes, Flogos can be used inside with very entertaining results. Generally, the higher the ceiling, the better the effect.
How long does it take to set up a Flogo event? - Top Flogo machines have been designed for the event industry so they are built into functional road cases. Set up and break down are both less than 30 minutes when performed by trained Flogo technicians.
Is it possible to change the Flogo stencil in one machine? - Top Yes, stencils can be changed out as many times as the client requests. We have performed events with multiple sponsors where several different custom Flogos have been flown concurrently. At these events, the stencils were typically switched out every 15 minutes, but we will accommodate your particular need. We also have several standard shapes available for your event along with your custom Flogo(s).
